Our Terms

Cancellation

1. If a booking is cancelled outside the 24 hour period prior to the agreed departure time – the Client will be entitled to a 75% refund of the agreed hire charge.

2. If the Client cancels a booking within 24 hours of the booked departure time the Client will be liable to pay 50% of the agreed hire charge.

3. If the Client cancels a booking within 2 hours of the booked departure time the Client will be liable to pay 100% of the agreed hire charge.

Additional charges

- In the event that the Client is not present and ready to depart at the agreed departure point at the agreed time, the Client shall be liable to pay a waiting charge as follows:

(a) the first 15 minutes (or 30 minutes in the case of a transfer from an airport, cruise or train arrival) shall be free of charge;

(b) thereafter £35 per hour (or part thereof – 15 minute increments).

- Any variations to the journey(s) originally discussed, booked and agreed to between the Company and the Client may be subject to additional charges, if these changes involve extra time and/or distance being covered

Smoking

- We strictly observe a non-smoking policy in all our cars. No variations to this order can be made by UK law

Use of Vehicles

- Every effort is made to supply the specified vehicle. However, should this vehicle not be available for any reason, we reserve the right to provide a similar alternative vehicle.

- Should a vehicle not be available due to breakdown or traffic conditions we will seek to send a replacement in a timely fashion.

- No responsibly is accepted for delays caused by adverse weather conditions, accidents and traffic congestion
